Training and Facilitation

Learning should be a positive experience, and at Excel we work hard to make sure that every learning day, you or your colleagues attend is just that. Our facilitator-led workshops are challenging, provoking, supportive, and stretching. We have refined our learning experience through years of practice, combining adult learning principles with constant review of feedback from participants to ensure we are best in class.

Each learning event we deliver is tailored to each client organisation, often including client case studies and simulations with facilitators that understand the context as well as the content.

Our training courses are specifically designed to incorporate elements of personal development to address the issues raised, alongside professional development skills and practical strategies for the work. Training with Excel is participatory, working with the experience and knowledge that participants bring. Our diverse range of Trainers and Facilitators seek to make learning an engaging, exciting, creative, challenging and highly effective experience on every time we deliver.

Facilitation

Perhaps you are having a training day and require additional facilitators; we are skilled to facilitate workshops for groups of six to hundreds depending on the client requirements.

At Excel our style is to deliver events that work for your organisation, and for the particular participants. We will agree clear objectives with you and then design and deliver against them. We will be flexible, and yet dedicated to deliver the end results you need.
